Return and refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, so you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start the exchange or return process, you must contact our online store team at geral@espacopetrus.pt. This email must contain: your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item or plants in question. We will then carefully analyze all factors related to the return. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when it was sold, in its original packaging and accompanied by all its accessories. You can do this by sending the item by registered mail to the following address:

The costs of the return are borne by the buyer.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (e.g., special orders or customized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

European Union 14-day cancellation period

Regardless of the above, if the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within a period of 14 days, for any reason and without having to provide a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with the tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
